Why do I get a "Cannot Display Page" error when I am trying to access the login page?
A)
This error is probably due to either your browser not supporting 128-bit security encryption or not being set properly in order to run the ProMost application. You should be able to solve the problem in the following way:
In order to check on whether your browser supports 128-bit security encryption, you will need to do the following:
Click on the Help Menu and then click on About Internet Explorer to determine the browser version and cipher strength. If the browser is older than 5.0, upgrade your browser. In addition, if the cipher strength is less than 128-bit, upgrade to 128-bit encryption.

If you are unable to download the most recent version of your browser because of export or other restrictions, and are still receiving an error message, then you will need to adjust your browser settings as follows:
Click on the Tools Menu and then click on Internet Options, and the Advanced tab (the most right hand tab). Scroll to the Security section and check the settings for "SSL 2.0", and uncheck the settings for "Use Fortezza", "SSL 3.0", "TLS 1.0", and "PCT 1.0".
